Nivedita Singh

I am Nivedita Singh, a graduate student at the department of computer science and engineering in Sec Lab under Prof. Hyoungshick Kim, Sungkyunkwan University (South Korea). I am more inclined towards taking up the challenges in security vulnerabilities arising in the field of online financial transactions, IoT systems, cyberattacks, and threatening user and data privacy. To introduce briefly about my past experiences, I would say before joining Sec Lab, I was working as a researcher in ulsan national institute of science & technology (UNIST). While working as a researcher I lead the project of developing attitude model sponsered by eletronics & telecommunication research institute (ETRI), Korea. I have also worked as an intern under Prof. Sam H. Noh (UNIST). Additionally, I also have work experience of 4 years as a computer programmer in state institute of agriculture extension & training (SIAET), Bhopal.

As far as my academics goes, I have IT specialization in my master course. During my masters, I worked as a trainee in Reliance company. The two Diploma cources i.e. 'A Level' & 'O Level' from NIELIT- one of the primier government institute of India, is obtained by me during my bachelors and masters.

I received my bachelors degree specialized in computer application, where I developed a software/programme entitled "Disc Diagnosing System". I bagged university gold medal and vice chancellor medal in bachelors degree.

I strongly believe that with hardwork, persistence, and perseverance anyone in this world can accomplish his/her GOAL.
